This is one thing that a runner must learn and exercise too. We know that while we run, we rarely breathe. But there's something you should learn about how to do it. Commonly runners only think of where their feet may landed, how they bend their arms and how fast their speed rate is. They even not think how they're breathing. There's something that the runners can do with that.
